No official Boxing Day, but the US certainly has a retail emphasis right after Christmas – lots of exchanges, returns, etc. We ventured into Costco and Target in prepping for camping excursion that begins Friday … legs aching … store floors are not the ideal surface for walking! Looking forward to a NYDay hike at San Angelo State Park (dirt trails, softer on old joints! And minus shopping carts blocking the way.) Anticipating a light dusting of snow while there.
