Praying for Peace

Continuing with my self-portrait a day project. I start with a blind sketch (looking in a mirror or at a photograph and not the page) and then fill in the rest.

While creating this piece, I was thinking of what the world needs now: peace.

  7. Such an intriguing self portrait, VJ. I find myself with many thoughts when I look at it and think of peace. And an interesting challenge. I have done some blind drawing and often like the results. I hope you are ‘weathering’ this Ontario winter in good spirits.
