I love these autumn flowering plants. Oh dear, hope you find a good eye doctor to cure your eye.

Thanks so much. Apparently it will heal itself…just have to be patient and not over use it.

Well, that’s a scary situation. Positive thoughts are coming your way – eye be healed! Well captured autumn colors, no matter where they are!

Thanks Andrea. Apparently my eye condition is a side-effect of aging. Yet another thing…

The eternal answer once we’re at a “certain age” although sometimes I wonder if it’s just easier to use that as a reason. I hope the symptoms subside, whatever the cause.

I agree. Certainly isn’t normal to have one eye firing and blocked, I shouldn’t think. The doc did say to come back if it gets worse or doesn’t improve. Think I will opt for a second opinion.

I certainly would. And have done so in similar situations. I believe there is more “ageism” ingrained in health care for older people (esp women) than anyone wants to admit. The thing is…it’s more exhausting to advocate for yourself the older you get. And so it goes….
I hope you get some real answers. Would the doc give that advice to someone in their 40s or even 50s? I doubt it (the cynic that I am).
