Beautiful are the large rock sculptures of Joshua Tree National Park.
The large canyons in Arizona are also beautiful, although I’m too afraid of heights to get any closer than this.
This snake bird, or anhinga is quite a remarkable, big bird.
My granddaughter and I think big is best when it comes to bubbles.

I agree with your grand daughter about bubbles. Despite their size, the fun is always big 🙂

Thanks Jazz – it’s always our game – to see who can blow the biggest bubble. Joy of children.

These are some gorgeous photos V.J.! Arizona is one of those “bucket list” places for me. I would love to visit some of those beautiful slot canyons that I always see pictures of. Hope you’re doing well. Hugs!

You would love Arizona! And feel so much better there. We are hoping to get back this winter

I hope you have the opportunity to do that! I was in Phoenix once to visit some friends when we were in the military, but it was a short visit so we didn’t get to do any traveling around enjoying the sights, and Phoenix was pretty flat, if I remember correctly. It was a long time ago…. 😁
