Old, New, Borrowed, Blue

The old church window juxtaposed with a modern-day traffic light.

A blue swing chair that I wouldn’t mind borrowing, and a borrowed perch while the driver is at lunch:

None of these things suitable for the traditional sense of the rhyme, but fun all the same.

(For Lens-Artists Challenge: Something new, old, borrowed, blue.)

Permission to write, paint, and imagine are the gifts I gave myself when chronic illness hit - a fair exchange: being for doing. Relevance is an attitude. Humour essential.
