A Rare Walk

My legs don’t carry me very far, so when I do get out for a walk, it’s extra special. I’ve featured photos from this walk before, but it’s worth repeating. An old rail line that ran through town, has been converted into a walkway. I made that walk one fine morning.

Permission to write, paint, and imagine are the gifts I gave myself when chronic illness hit - a fair exchange: being for doing. Relevance is an attitude. Humour essential.

  1. The path looks so inviting…and walkable. What a brilliant idea – to convert a rail line for that purpose. A nice and even walking surface too. I hope you are able to walk there more often as time goes on. Such beautiful scenery.
