They are pretty birds. We get them in the summer mostly. I see them sometimes balancing on lettuce leaves picking at them.

They are so sweet. We get them all year long, but their winter coats aren’t as spectacular.

We plant sunflowers in the veggie garden just for them. In the fall it is so much fun watching, and listening to them.
