I find that I need monochrome days every once in a while to help me slow down. If we were always surrounded by bursting fireworks, we would never want to sit still. 🙂

Love your examples, V. J. Interesting textures in the first one. I think the next rainy day, I’ll remember to call it just another monochrome day or maybe I’ll sing the words. “Rain, rain, go away. Just another monochrome day.” 🙂
