Featured image is two of the locals. The male Goldeneye and Common Merganser look as if they are dressed up in evening attire. A White-breasted nuthatch enjoying a nibble. All for Bird Weekly, this week’s challenge: birds with white feathers.
Feathers of White

Ooooo, that first picture would be a scary place for humans, but the birds seem to revel in it. 🙂

Nice pics this week. We missed the Goldeneye when it was here in Florida last month. I need to check the lists to see if it has been seen anywhere in Florida. Would love to add it to the list. 🙂

Pretty sure they just pass through here. Saw many more on the west coast.

These are wonderful! I do love the first one with one bird gliding in the water with raised wings and the other standing fearlessly on the edge! 🙂 ❤

Thanks Deborah. I am intrigued that the birds perch at the edge like that, but I guess that’s the advantage of having wings.

Amen to that! That’ speaks of the faith we are to have spiritually! Such a profound statement V.J.! 🙂 ❤
