It doesn’t actually unbalance me, but these photos having disturbing elements. Doesn’t that truck’s landing look a little precarious? And what to make of the flurry of gulls? My lens had no idea where to focus.

(For Lens-Artists Photo Challenge: asymmetry)
The car looks precarious. And what a lot of seagulls. An equal amount of fish under the water? What a cool shot!

I don’t know about the fish – but there must be. Thanks

Love your examples.
The car position looks a bit scary.
Love these birds.

I wouldn’t park my truck or car there. The second photo is interesting because of the textures.

I’m quite used to seeing gulls everwhere, even in the middle of the city so, that one is fine and I like the movement, all seems very dynamic. The truck… I wouldn’t park there 😀

Lol. I think we’re all in agreement about the truck.

Photos often reveal things we didn’t notice at the time. That truck definitely looks like it’s on the way down. (K)

Yes, that truck offers a bit of nail biting. I wonder if the property knows? Better to have a sign up than a law suit. The gulls are a lovely capture, and I love that you kept the bridge on the left to bring out clarity, and frame of the area you see. Clearly something yummy around there. The pelicans in the back are an indicator too. They wait and watch.

They only have to come to the other side of the river to see, so, I would assume they know. The gulls sure challenged me. Thanks

Whoa! Yes….maybe the gulls knew something was structurally amiss and they were sending a message? Thanks, VJ! 😉

You’re right about the precarious truck. The gulls in front of the waterfall, don’t bother me as much.

That parking spot definitely looks dicey! Lol As for the gulls by the waterfall, they feel a little incongruous there. Normally we think of them by “shore”, not “fall”. I really like the juxtaposition of patterns in that photo. 🙂

Yes, it is odd to see gulls here. Obviously there is something in the water that attracts them. Thanks.
