Our Poetry Circle was invited to compose and recite poetry on the theme of trees at an outdoor event, in a nearby city. So we busied ourselves, writing and rehearsing, and when the event was cancelled due to rain, decided to take our performance local. While the weather was overcast, the rain held off long enough for everyone to participate. The setting was more than exquisite.

Glad you all still made something happen after the cancellation and your photos give us a feel for what it was like – so much nature as the stage

Thanks. The birds seemed to like our poetry – lots of feathered curiosity.

VJ, terrific. Nothing like looking up and seeing the sky framed by trees to make one wax poetic. Keith
