Therapy is drudging up old feelings – places where I tend to get stuck. I don’t have the answers I need to move on yet, so all I can do is breathe through the moments and be mindful in the present.
I’m usually without my smartphone every time I see a jet stream on a blue sky day like this. Such a bummer thing for me.

Me too, I love wisps, ever since as a child I would lay on my back to enjoy the sky, wisps have been a fave – I think they have a whimsy about them.
