It can help with insomnia, although I don’t always think to do it, lol. Times I have, I usually fall back to sleep before I can finish.

I read somewhere about a guy that spent 10 hours a day for 10 years meditating while staring at the wall. When asked what he achieved he said he got very good at staring at walls. ๐
