A kidney stone, coupled with an infection has set me back five days – two trying to soldier through the pain, and three pursuing medical answers. Anyway, I’m on the mend, tired already of this foray into self-pity. Tomorrow, I keep telling myself, is a new day. (Image my own)

Yes, and actually, since Covid I’ve had more medical empathy. Doctors will say this looks like Long Covid. I don’t bother to tell them I’ve had it since long before – just glad they are paying attention.

I’m looking into getting a health maintenance band to help with conversing energy since I’ve had Covid. I feel like I have less stamina.
